When I came into the GoHealth I was greeted by a very nasty front desk lady she snapped at me for not speaking loud enough, she asked why are you here I stated that I wrote that on my online check in and I prefer not to broadcast it in a room full of strangers,and that she should respect my HIPA right which she didn’t. While sitting in the waiting room I witnessed her abuse an older couple who asked to be tested for Covid. This employee should be removed from her duties and relocated to a position away from patients. As an employee of Northwell Health Huntington Hospital our HR Department would never stand for this behavior. She’s a nasty woman.

Kamen so sick hacking my brains out they did a chest x-ray and I did a Covid test myself. They did not offer me a Covid test they do not offer me RSV or the flu.this is ridiculous. let’s say the nurse practitioner was overworked. She was the only person there.unreal

Easy online scheduling. Taken right away. I have an infection in a salivary gland. I was given instructions to take Advil, apply heat compress on the side of my jaw and to suck on hard sour candy. If it is not any better tomorrow I was told to please come back. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely  recommend this office to anyone.

Made appt this morning for 12:15.   I waited about 40 minutes to be taken in.  There was an ambulance taking someone out so I’m sure that’s why it was a little backed up. I was in and out in an hour. I call that excellent.  Everyone e was professional and no time wasted.   I would definitely go back to this facility.  The receptionist let me and everyone else in waiting room how much longer wait was.  I found the office efficient and friendly.  Receptionist acknowledged every person who walked through the door.  I was impressed with everyone involved
