I Liked doctor very helpful. Even called next day to see how I was doing

Doctor was grasping at straws to figure out my problem. Ended up testing for Lyme disease and it was positive.  Prescription written incorrectly and I tried to reach out. He was off but the office said they would try to reach out to him. Never heard a word. Urgent care centers are a dime a dozen. I won’t be back.

The girl at the front desk was not friendly at all, she had an attitude, and was on her phone.

Tried scheduling night before for a morning appointment. The app kept saying to pick a time and then it would say it was no longer available. When I did get a time it said  I would receive a code and no code came. Hours later a code came and I filled everything out on line/ took pictures of insurance care/license etc. The next morning I got several texts asking me to confirm all the appointments they said weren’t available. When I got to my 9am appointment, I was asked to do the whole form I did on line again- license, insurance card and answered all the basic info questions. Very redundant. 40 minutes later I was called to a room only to wait another 10 minutes. I would think some things could be accomplished by the workers while waiting like an intake packet etc. Anyway, after a few tests to rule out flu and Covid, I was told it was a virus and to ride it out and what happens which was fine. All in all, I’m not sure whether it would’ve been better to drive a little further and wait in my own doctors office or go here. Also, the coffee station is set up but there’s no coffee and the machine to make tea doesn’t come out hot.  Went to throw the cup away and there was no bag in pail. Not a horrible experience - got the job done- but nothing to rave about.

Needed to be seen regarding an inflamed painful tooth. Everything was great

Dr Steel was compassionate and gave great care instructions and helped alleviate my pain. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I was having an asthma attack and needed to get an emergency inhaler. I was able to schedule an appt almost immediately (4pm on a Tuesday afternoon) and the front desk was very friendly. The doctor saw me pretty quick, answered my questions and prescribed me what I needed. I would recommend this location!

Check in staff was welcoming and helpful. The doctor assistant was efficient and the doctor was great. Will definitely be back.
