These people are not there for you! They are there only for them self at least the staff is. The Dr. are great when you finally get to see them. Receptionist all need to be trained on how to listen to the caller's information before they butt in and give you some b.s. why they can't help you because it's too close to break, lunch or closing time. Just done with this place!!

Went to urgent care for head/chest cold.Registered at 4:45, called back at 5:15. Doctor came in listened to my chest and back. Said she needed to check out a couple more things, lungs sounds not so good, but had to see another patient first. So while I sat in the tiny stuffy room, she walked past my room for the 3rd and 4th time, I told her I was still there waiting. She said she was sorry but was busy. I should have been the first one seen, first come first served. No one came in bleeding or with broken bones but apparently they where more important to her. She said im coming back, then proceded to go back into another room. I walked out at 6:30 with my boood pressure through the roof im sure.
