The staff was so friendly the nurse was very kind when u don't feel good it's nice to have . Everyone treat you nice and careing. The doc was very kind when she gave me the news of why I was I feeling the way I was so very greatful for the kindness .thank you all

Everything was perfect. The Dr and nurse went over and above to take great care of me and made sure I got the right treatment and medications. Thank you!

Had a drug screen. I did try to come in Saturday and Sunday and unfortunately was not able to get it done due to scheduling conflicts but I went in Monday morning to complete this. The crew at this location made it very welcoming and did not have me waiting long at all. I told her I had to be at work in around 30 minutes and they were able to squeeze me in. This made me feel good due to my request and I understand things take time but they had no bad attitude, did not try to belittle me or were not hostile by any means. Again, an awesome crew, I wish every urgent care visit was this smooth. Thank you to the crew at Northwest on Coulter.

Woke up to my son having a very sore throat and got sent home from school. Did a walk-in and was in and out in less than 45 minutes wonderful every time I go there.

I had to wait an hour and a half in the waiting room to be called back. I was asked to check-in via a QR code then told not to fill out the paperwork section electronically but still had to fill out paperwork that was given to me by the receptionist . They had the front door propped open with a large rock and the noise from the busy street made it difficult to hear the receptionist’s instructions. Then when I was finally called back, not one of the providers presented themselves. They were all very pleasant but it would have been nice if they would at least state their name and their credentials.

Wait time was over an hour with an appointment. We spent 2 1/2 hours at the clinic.

Spent 2 1/2 hours from the time I walked in to when I walked out. It was a Monday so maybe people waited sick all weekend and couldn't get into their primary care and ended up there like me. Besides that the provider I saw and the receptionist were great.

I was experiencing terrible ear pain and had tried home remedies. I knew I needed to seek help from a medical professional. The team at Northwest Urgent Care on S. Coulter was wonderful and took excellent care of me during my visit. I would definitely return for a future visit.

The provider Eric was so nice and informative. They were busy busy and we were one of the last patients and not once did he or any of the staff make us feel rushed out of there. He was very thorough in his exam and recommended things we could do to help my daughter feel better. The front desk person was nice and greeting and the nurse was sweet and explained everything she was going to do for my daughter so she wouldn’t be so scared. Def recommend this urgent care over all the others!

Went to the ER and expected a long wait, it was fairly short and the staff was excellent!  I appreciate the friendliness and help from everyone involved.
