What patients are saying...

Don't know how their care is currently since we were put in a waiting room for over an hour without being seen. From what I overheard from the door next door they had been waiting for about 2 hours and multiple other patients just left without being seen since it was taking so long. I would definitely recommend going to any other urgent care if you would like to be seen instead of being shoved in a room so that they can get your money.

I went in on 12/21 to NW Urgent Care on River Road. I have a $25 copay so I paid with a check. My check was processed electronically AND the paper copy sent into the bank. So I was charged $50. Then I got my EOB from my insurance. I had 0 copay because I was getting checked for Covid. I have talked to billing over and over, sent them in all corresponding paperwork. I have been told by Sally Romero for weeks that someone would be calling me. Have emailed her many, many times regarding this. Still no call and still no money. I am MAD!!!! I want my $50 back. Help Karen Patient #852967 520 240-2137 Please don't publish this. I don't want my phone number out there. I just want my money back. HELP!!!!

Dirty and unsafe. A woman fell in the lobby and the doctors were slow to help her. Doctors are inexperienced. Not to mention the huge unexpected Bill's they throw at you out of nowhere.
