I don’t understand how you can reserve a spot and then have to wait . Nobody acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes after standing and waiting to register. Then, because I had a cough I was made to go wait in my car with 98 degree temperature outside. Not the greatest experience! I finally left after waiting 45 minutes.

This business has the rudest receptionist to ever walk the face of the planet. She sounds like she hates her job and definitely does not enjoy helping people. Why they would keep such an unhappy negative receptionist is beyond me.

This place was a joke! My son has an ear infection and could not be seen because he didn’t have a confirmed negative on a covid test. Not everything is covid! And they don’t test people under eight so what do you do go to the emergency room for a ear infection. Waste of time!
