Signed in online. Filled out all paperwork to be seen. Sat in waiting room while 2-3 walk ins came in after we were done with paperwork and they took them back before us. The lady at front desk told me I was being rude because I pointed out that they kept pushing us to the back of the line. We will never go back and do not sign up online cause that puts you at the back of the line.

Awful, checked in online, was here on time. Solv says we are the next up. Continued to wait two hours in the office and another 40 min in the room. No such thing as Fast-Trak

My daughter in law has had terrible abdominal/back pain for two days and has tried all of the home treatments. She tolerates pain well but can barely walk and it even hurts to breathe due to the pain. She went into Northwest Urgent Care in Post Falls this morning and was seen by Dr. Abraham. Although they have access to xray, MRI and sonogram equipment he refused to do any type of imaging to find out what is causing the problem and did not even check her abdomen to see if the pain is radiating from front to back because he "is the specialist". She was given an anti-inflammatory injection and sent home with medication. She is still in terrible pain with no answers to what is causing it. Very disappointed with the apathy and sending her home with meds approach instead of looking to find out where it is coming from. For this visit Northwest Urgent Care Post Falls and especially Dr. Abraham gets zero stars and absolutely no recommendation. Very disappointed in the care she received.

This place was amazing. Not your typical urgent care. They actually care and make sure they do all necessary labs and procedures to give you a diagnosis and treatment plan if needed . I would go back and definitely recommend to anyone
