Went here for labs and an EKG after talking to someone on the phone stating that they could do that. When I arrived, they said they didn't have the ability to do the labs or the EKG, and they didn't know who could. After calling around, I realized I could do both at Northwestern Hospital. You would think that for a place affiliated with Northwestern, they would realize that their own hospital a few blocks down could provide these services.
