I made an appointment through the Solv app. And when I arrived they tell me I’m not on the schedule and they also couldn’t take any walk-ins. Their excuse was “we sometimes have problems with the Solv app”. So then fix it! Making sick patients walk away without any help because of your laziness to get on top of the issue is no excuse. Poor customer service.
