Went in because my foot was hurting. Doctor said it was nothing. I said “are you sure?” He said, “kid I have been doing this for 20 years. I am 99 percent sure” “if it still hurts come back for an x ray in a few days”. The next few days my foot got worse and worse and couldn’t even hardly walk on it. I did my own research and found that it was likely “cuboid syndrome” but wasn’t certain. Went back in for an x ray where another doctor told me they saw nothing, but said it could be a stress fracture. Told me nothing of where it might be or what to do. Just said to come back in a MONTH if it still hurts. Decided to go to an actual foot and doctor place in Medford. They diagnosed it immediately as cuboid syndrome and fixed it on the spot. So essentially, I was better able to diagnose myself with google than multiple doctors were. I don’t even think they are real doctors to be honest. Very sketchy operation in my opinion. Would rather drive to Medford even for an emergency, Going here is a complete waste of time.

They are "walk-in" but book out within an hour of being open. Also the staff are dumb. My job called them and asked if they can do a DOT hearing. She replies that they can do a whisper test OR a DOT hearing test. Most people would assume that it means they can do both. Nope, she meant they can only do a whisper test. It's like talking with a riddle troll in a children's book.

If I could give this place a below than zero review, I WOULD. This place time and time again shows it could care less about patients and their wellbeing. They misdiagnose and give band-aid solutions to big problems. DO NOT GO HERE. I will never go back to this "medical facility". They do not help anyone. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Terrible staff, terrible "medical professionals" that all need their licenses revoked, and a poorly managed facility. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is a complete joke. If you need any care, just go to the ER.

Avoid this place like the plague...Basin Immediate Care was good...Nova is terrible...very poor customer service. Instead of apologies Nova, how about some accountability.

On this last Friday my wife and I were in Klamath visiting family. Our 20 mo old son became sick on Thursday night, and on Friday we called a pediatricians office a friend recommended. They didn’t have any openings but told us to take him to Basin Immediate. We used the online check in system and arrived 2 minutes early. My wife took our son in and was taken into an exam room to finish paperwork. After 45 minutes of waiting and 20 minutes straight of our sick child screaming she stuck her head out and asked someone if they knew approximately how long the wait would be. Mellissa Sample told her she had other patients, she was the only provider on duty and we would be seen when she was done. At this point an aide came in 10 minutes later to weigh my son and take his temp. No word on when we would be seen. After another 45 minutes, my son had had two instances of diarrhea and was terrified, dehydrated and needed to eat. My wife went out and found Sample at a computer. She asked how much longer the wait would be since my son wasn’t doing well. Same answer was given (angrily) and that “you shouldn’t have gone to a walk in clinic if you wanted to be seen right away.”My wife asked if she was the doctor and she said she was. My wife said “that’s terrifying” and Melissa replied “if you think that’s terrifying you should go somewhere else.” I was a patient of BIC many times as a child growing up in Klamath. Dr. Moore was always kind, and yes sometimes there was a wait time, but I never felt like I was a burden to the staff for being there. After over 100 minutes of wait time, and feeling ignored and threatened, my wife took our son and walked out. We were able to get advice on the phone from our regular pediatrician and thank God our son was fine. If he had truly needed a healthcare provider to see him he wouldn’t have been able to get care from these people. I am a healthcare provider myself and I am ashamed for your clinic. I hope your owner doctors see this and wake up. You left a sick toddler without care. You were not compassionate. The reviews your other patients have left tell a story, you are failing and only a backwards place like Klamath Falls would allow you to still be in business.

What experience? I was told that wven though I have health insurance that I would have to pay my bill in full because it was my first time there. That is so unreasonable and should be illegal. Too bad it’s aich a small town without many options. I’ll let the BBB know.
