I woke up this morning with horrible pain in my foot. I scheduled my appointment on line for 10:00. I arrived at 9:30 and within 15 mins I was checked in and in a room. Everyone at this office was so very kind, efficient, and caring! I can't imagine getting better care than I got today! I highly recommend this office!

My grandson needed a Covid test in order to return to school. I scheduled it for 2 pm, which was a simple process. We arrive 20 minutes early. The desk staff seemed overwhelmed at the moment. It seems that none of the toilets were functioning. Not sure a public health business should be operating without toilets but they had a plummer working on it After 1.25 hours, the front desk personnel apologized for the delay and asked why we were there. I responded that we really only needed a Covid test. She tooks us back to get the swab done and then we returned to the waiting room to wait to see the provider. We had to wait another 10 minutes to return to an exam room to see the provider. The exam was fine though the provider seemed distracted by the toilet situation but at least the plummer had some of the bathrooms functioning. I'm sure my visit would have been more positive had the staff not been stressed by the toilet situation.

Second visit there in a month and both experiences were hands down the absolute most easy, friendly and helpful of any urgent care experience I’ve had in life thus far. It was clean and I was in and out both time within less than an hour. No wait time either occasion. Super grateful to them for making the necessary trips easy for me given I’ve been struggling with my health the past two months. Doctor visits shouldn’t add to the stress you’re already contending with. Thank you.

Second time coming here and it will continue to be my first choice. Thank you!

The staff was amazing and welcoming! I was able to book an appointment on the holiday. I was in and out! A great experience wish they could have done more for me.

Pain meds given was not sufficient and ended up in ER the next morning. Didnt appreciate being put in a room after a covid patient. There were 3 other rooms empty.

I was truly impressed with the cleanliness, quality and professionalism of the staff and building.

My regular doctor couldn’t see me and I was so sick. I liked that I could schedule an appointment so I didn’t have to wait because I am so sick. They listened to my concerns and then checked me out. And then offered antibiotics to help me feel better. Even made sure the order went through at the pharmacy. Very impressed with the care I received.
