Great Provider. She is awesome. The girl at the desk was wonderful too. This is my go-to urgent care.

This was my first time going to this urgent care. Haven't been feeling good for over a week. Scheduled my appointment online and filled out registration online. This definitely made checking in much easier. I was so pleased with how nice everyone was. Bed side manner from everyone was A+. The practitioner listened to what I had to say and understood what I have been dealing with. I dont know exactly how long I was in the office, however it was very quick and no problems at the pharmacy with my prescriptions. I will definitely be going back as long as they keep the same staff.

The X-ray tech is shared with other offices so, even though I got in quickly, the wait was quite long. The staff was friendly but I don’t know if I’d use again for an injury that needs an x-ray!

I have been feeling ill for a few days and tried to heal myself to no avail. My primary care provider didn’t have any appointments until the 2nd week of September, which is utterly ridiculous. Decided to give this GoHealth location a try and I’m so glad I did. I was greeted by a friendly voice the minute I walked in, got my information into the system in under 5 minutes and then was taken back immediately. The nurse and the PA were thorough, kind and professional. Couldn’t ask for better care. Thank you!

Experience was decent except for I had to wait a while even though I had an appointment.

This is the second time in three days that I have been to this facility. A couple of days ago I had accidentally used Hibiclens to soak my contacts in and really burned my eyes. Ryan saw me immediately and flushed my eyes and gave me some drops to ease the pain. Then he made an appointment for me with an ophthalmologist and I was seen and treated within two hours. On top of all that he took the time after hours to call my phone to check in on me. Extraordinary care and concern! My wife made an appointment for herself this morning through Soly. We saw Ryan again. There was no waiting and again received excellent care. Many thanks to the whole staff and team.
