I’ve got 2 days months apart from each other with extremely bad experiences. The first time, came in for strep throat (diagnosed by Dr office later on), the physician was late. Waited 45 mins before leaving for another provider.  Fast forward to yesterday, came in for a laceration above my eye requiring stitches. Had an 8am appt, was in the parking lot 10 mins till. Watched the physician leave 5 mins before opening to what I found out by the nurse/receptionist to go get breakfast. It is highly unprofessional to keep this physician on staff. Seems to be common occurrence based on other opinions I’ve heard. I won’t be back.

Got into appointment in & out but the reason I was there was due to back pain . I was concerned about having a kidney infection so I just needed a urine check & also wanted them to look at my foot ( I stuck a small stick in my foot )  … they said they could only do 1 check for my appointment. Very disappointed In this !

I got a appointment right away.  The staff was very friendly and didn’t have to wait long.  The Dr was very good and explained everything to definitely would go there again if needed.

We were promptly greeted. The staff was wonderful! The facility was clean, I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone needing an urgent care visit.

The staff up front were rude the lady that swabbed my nose was nice and they had me waiting for over a hr in the room

I brought my daughter in to check if she had a virus of some sort. While the front desk was nice the nurse practitioner had an off putting attitude. She said the only thing she could do was give my daughter a flu test & to either go to the emergency room or her PCP. It was honestly a waste of time & money to go there. My boyfriend & I felt like she really could care less which isn’t the first time.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like they really cared about me. I love that you can book an appointment online. I had a little to no wait time and was out of there quickly. Very clean and nice facility.
