It took longer than it should have. The receptionist kind of barked at me across the waiting room. Just not very friendly until I was leaving. The provider was very good.

Did not know what to expect as previous burger care visits were horrible.  This wa the opposite.  I couldn’t have had a better experience.  All of the staff was lovely. From the front end checking through checkout, it was my best experience ever. Thank you!

Went here for my sick son and we had no issues with scheduling, wait time, doctor care/bedside manner. However, one of the ladies at the front desk was aggressive, rude, confrontational, extremely unhelpful and made my son's overall experience upsetting. Being the face at the front desk of any organization let alone healthcare should  mean communication, helpfulness, empathy, respect, and overall exceptional customer service. Unfortunately we received none of that! Very disappointing experience.

Quite frankly, I’ve never left a doctors office as frustrated as I did yesterday. My son was seen due to worsening symptoms after COVID exposure. Thankfully he was negative but the NP John Bethune immediately came in making assumptions about his prior tubes surgery. Immediately stated (before even listening to him or asking questions) he’d likely have to go to the hospital for a better work up because he was sure he had bacteria from his surgery. I promptly corrected him that he had not been intubated, which he did go back finally and confirm. Following this he made bold assumptions that he would definitely have Covid by the end of the weekend and i should be prepared for worsening symptoms and again…a hospital visit. He also made it clear that I did my child no favors with antibodies by not breast feeding or getting a vaccination while I was pregnant.  John the NP was rude, made no niceties, was judgmental, and overall just arrogant. While this NP may have been great in school, his personality and current bedside manner leave me puzzled how he ever ended up in a profession that requires him to interact with actual humans.  The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful. But in the last resort I need to use this urgent care I will be calling ahead of time to make sure NP John is not working while I am there. I hope to never encounter him ever again in the existence of health care.

Booking was simple and I didn’t have to fill out documents I completed online. Yayyy!!! Amazing, was the staff. I truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion. Thank you!

No sense in making an appointment. Sat there for over an hour after my apt before being seen. They let a walk in go right ahead of us.

UTI symptoms and it was positive so I got an antibiotic
