I went for a Covid test at the Williamsbridge Road, Bronx location. I really needed these results to attend a very important appointment and never received them even after revisiting them after a week to let them know I have yet to receive the results. Terribly irresponsible!! They were suggesting I retake the test and pay $100 to get the results within 24 hours. What a scam.

The process was fast and easy! I was told that PCR testing had priority since everyone is trying to rapid test right now. I filled out the paper work, and went inside. I swabbed myself, handed the lady my sample and went on with my day. I highly recommend the Naperville location! The lady who I spoke with was very nice. I got my results back within 3.5 days. I emailed them on the third day requesting the results, and received them within about 12-18 hours. I was told results typically take 3-4 days.

Awful- do not waste your time unless you have all day to sit around. Very poorly organized causing everyone to sit in their cars with no expectation of wait time. Honestly a better decision to go to a walk in urgent care that long wait times because at least you have a timeframe of when you need to come back and get tested.

This is the worst experience I ever had I took my test Tuesday hoping to get my results by Thursday. Only to get to the airport and can’t open the link and the phone number provided don’t work so now I’m stuck in Puerto Rico can’t do anything because of this…
