The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Appointments are set up in time slots right now; however, I was able to set up an early Saturday morning appointment the same day within 45 minutes from calling the clinic. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The Doctor's name is C. Moorland's, and her bedside manners were excellent. The Medical Assistant has outstanding bedside manners too. Both listened to all of my questions and concerns. They were compassionate and I felt comfortable explaining my symptoms without feeling anxious and/or rushed. The environment is clean and organized. I actually live near Downtown, Columbus and this visit was my second experience. My initial visit was outstanding so I went back for an exam and treatment. l will continue to drive to Reynoldsburg Ohio Health Urgent Care to receive medical treatments that are not considered an emergency. Furthermore, I like their extended office hours. I give this clinic and Staff 5 stars. They accepted my insurance plan. I highly recommend this clinic.

Visited Ohio Health in Reynoldsburg. The Nurse Anthony is a professional. He was kind n thoughtful n caring. Following my check ups, though I had on mask, the ladies at the reception desk, which is some 20 feet away, don't want you seated - even if you are sick n can't keep standing... "You rather STAND UP there...,(in the 1st lobby)" or get outside in the 30 degree cold while you wait for your ride. This is so inhumane. No sympathy for a sick person. If you don't like people, DON'T work in health care!! Find a different receptionist job to do. And if some management told them to do that which they claimed, close down the clinic, becuz your clients/customers will be sick people. DON'T hide behind COVID to be inhumane to those who put money in your pockets!! My goal of this review is mgmt should revisit their protocols with patients. It is more sickening!!!! NOT everyone sick got COVID!

They are rude, act like your bothering them, when it's there job to treat you. And I watched them treat white people with commercial insurance nice unlike the black people with the government insurance

Went in for a possible rib fracture, I've had broken ribs before, this feels exactly the same, same difficulty taking deep breaths, etc. Not given an xray, but given muscle relaxants and told it "sounds like a back spasm", told to follow up with an orthopedist or OSU sports medicine. Why would I follow up with a specialist for a muscle spasm?!

They literally have kids running around playing doctor. I don’t think they have an actual doctor here. Not very comforting to have a student trainee who isn’t a doctor pretend she knows what she is doing. Waste of time and money and now I will have to go to the ER to see a real doctor. Stay away from this place. They just want your money and to get you out quickly. Also don’t expect them to any idea what is wrong with you.
