Julie Hodson is one of the most unprofessional, unethical ( nurse practitioner's ) I have ever encountered! First time I saw her she never even looked at my medical record! The first thing she said to me was ( it's time for your mammogram ) I then told her that I previously had breast cancer and I no longer had breasts and I would not be needing a mammogram. I thought okay first time I can understand. However, she said the same exact thing the second time and the third time I saw her! What does that tell you? That alone told me everything I needed to know! They don't care! You are nothing but a number, unless it's ( who you know ). I also had an issue with the way my insurance was being billed and instead of them helping me, the offices assistant manager lied to me, telling me that Munson Hospital doesn't take my insurance! I found out the next day that they had my primary ID # under my secondary and my secondary ID # under my primary! I had been dealing with that issue for 9 months and those medical bills were sent to collections! After calling that office 5 times trying to get it figured out. THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF PATIENT CARE!

Wife fell and hurt her right hand. These guys said she broke a couple parts of her hand, then 3 hours later called us back and said nothing was broken. Given our level of confidence at this point was ZERO we are at am Ortho Emergency downstate who, after doing xrays also, said she has a dislocated bone in her hand, and another is broken. I wouldn't go to this Urgent Care again, particularly if my life depends on it.

She (Dr.) miss diagnosed somewhat minor pneumonia , but that was better than nothing ! McLaxxx is a death trap in my opinion so I’ll go back to to OMH medical group again .

In my opinion, terrible place, go anywhere else if you want good care. Worst I have ever been to.
