The location was very sketchy. The staff member was very kind but I don’t trust the results due to the how the location looked.

Quick and convenient service!

Getting the care needed was awesome. There was no wait time and I received my results very fast. The lady that assisted me was so friendly with a warm gesture. She made sure I understood everything and even gave me a courteous call together me know my results were in. Exceptional Service provided.

The nicest lady came to assist us even when the site was about to close down for the day. I was worried I wouldn't get tested but she assured that we would get tested with the results the same day. Perfect and enjoyable experience.

I’m a nurse practitioner and this was absolutely The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Instructions were not accurate and I felt as though I was inconveniencing the tech when I asked for clarification. She was rude and very disorganized. I had to keep calling inside because she forgot we were out in the car waiting. Will definitely not recommend. I’d rather pay out of pocket for professional service.

People were nice but could not get results

The young lady that came out to my car was so delightful. She smiled each time I came and that made me feel better She has excellent bedside manner. Let her know that I am a nurse and if she is thinking about what her career should be, I recommend Nursing. Great job

The staff is SO nice, informative, helpful and kind! The process of booking online on Solv.com and check in is very smooth/convenient. You don’t even have to leave your car. The only downside is I got a rapid test, and it’s been a day and I still haven’t received my results! I’ve called but no answer…hopefully they will respond soon.
