Dr. (PA?) Church was so nice. Running quite late. Was pleased she was able to diagnose without coming in . Would recommend

I was told I had about a two hour wait. About four hours later I got a text saying my appointment was telehealth and that someone would help me at 3:25. I waited +30 minutes on a conference call for someone to join and eventually I got a call telling me to pick up something from the store in a call that lasted three minutes. I waited nearly 5 hours for a three minute call.

Every one was really friendly and wanted to help me in feeling better.

Lots of confusion on whether to go inside or do telecall, kept getting mixed messages and ended up waiting over an hour after scheduled call Time.

Had an appointment waited over 2 hrs. Staff has zero training in aseptic technique. Tech was literally playing with the end of the swab, mindlessly squishing swab between his fingers, before putting swab in my nose. Not friendly either. This used to be a great and convenient place to go… not any more!

The doctor was great. I felt bad she was the only one on staff, which is the reason for the 3 stars on that rating. I waited over an hour but I understand why. I've always had a good experience here

I have been coming to this clinic for 14 years. The staff is consistently friendly caring and helpful. The advice I received today put me at ease. The doctor had a great bedside manner. I feel very comfortable with the recommendation she gave and next steps.

Best urgent care visit so far in the local area. Been to other clinics in the area for covid testing and hate having to wait forever in a waiting room with a bunch of other sick people. This was worth the 20 minutes drive, love the drive thru testing capability and staff was for the most part friendly and knowledgeable.
