The staff there is also so nice and professional and it’s really clean and mask and hand sanitizers are always available. And they have hours a little later than other and on Sunday!

I made my appointment on line so as to keep my place in line. I was checked in at my appointment time and was placed in my room.  The nurse took notes and said I may need to wait a bit because they had 5 walk ins before me.. I left my room after one hour and 20 min without anyone coming in to check on me?  I saw 3 nurses one a  Practitioner behind the desk and asked if I was overlooked ? They said no we are just super busy!  I waited almost 2 hours before I was seen .  I was seen less than 10 min as I was told that my blood pressure was so high I was in danger of a Stroke and should go directly to ER.  The Practitioner did write up paperwork for centennial  ER and called ahead to let them know I was on my way.   I am grateful for her help but no one should wait that long alone in a room without checking in on them.  This could have had a different outcome.  I knew I had made a mistake and should have walked out earlier and headed to ER.

Very excellent place. The time management and they are friendly and they care and at the time really successful. They do have good customer service. Thank you guys for your help.

Doctor Raewyn Shell and the Staff are wonderful. I had a sore leg when I checked in. The front desk ladies noticed and pull in a wheelchair and brought me a heated pad. Just that alone eased my pain while waiting to be seen by Dr Shell. Dr Shell took the time to examine and listen to my long story on how I injured my leg. They are all very friendly and professional. The waiting time is very reasonable and the staff are friendly!

Did not schedule an appointment.  Walked in to be seen.  Good staff.

Went to OnPoint for follow up and dressing change for office procedure two days prior. Wait time was less than five minutes. I was immediately cared for when I went to the treatment area. Everyone was great. They were professional, competent and nice. I recommend OnPoint Aurora.

Same day scheduling and check-in was very easy on line, vertically no waiting once I arrived. Everyone was very kind and a joy to talk to. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. 🤗
