Took my son and husband in to get tested for strep. My husband was in 2 weeks prior and misdiagnosed. Came in with a sore throat and didn’t even give a strep test. Both husband and son texted positive. Today’s visit and $100 in copays could have been prevented if they would have tested my husband 2 weeks ago. Reserved online before we came and still spent 2.5 hours at the office. Providers were very helpful this visit.

Scheduling online went well. Was able to get in relatively quickly. Staff was friendly and accommodating Got prescriptions that seem to be taking care of the problem. Had an X-ray taken and it didn’t take all that long to get the results. Sure can’t get this quick of care with my primary dr.

Upset that I had to pay 295 dollars for a blown line and just to be sent to the ER which is what I was trying to avoid. The staff were very kind but ultimately I feel if they suspected my electrolytes were low I shouldn’t have been admitted or charged if they couldn’t care for me there.
