I went in to the office to get a simple IV which I have done many times. This was due to my rare disease called Achalasia which doesn’t allow me to swallow and food or liquids. We waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes just for the nurse to not be able to find my vein. After 30 mins of searching without confidence they continued to stick me and cause me to bleed and have a lot of pain. I left without the IV treatment or advice from the providers. Overall traumatic experience for someone who already is malnourished and dehydrated.

Had to go to two different locations.  Some what frustrating. All employees were fine.  Thank You

I was a walk in.Only had to wait about an hour. The lady at the desk Helped me with filling out the form.  the medical persons were kind, gentle, chatty.  I was quickly diagnosed, sent in my Rx and now I am in bed trying to stay warm.  I will highly recommend On Point Urgent.

Everyone gave me an excellence service. I would recommend it 100%.

I waited an hour over my scheduled time - which I knew wasn’t guaranteed, but still very frustrating. The front desk person did not work up my insurance policy correctly, and despite telling two practitioners my symptoms they missed one causing me to go back to a different, better urgent care the very next morning. Steer clear of this place, there are so many other options out there.

Went in this afternoon for a sore throat. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour before being seen, despite making an appointment beforehand. Several walk-ins were seen before I was. When I finally was seen, I got a very rushed swab test for strep, Covid and the flu. The swab test for strep didn’t make it to the back of my throat, and the Covid and flu test took less than a second. All tests came back negative and I was sent away and told to take pain killers with no solution despite confirming there was inflammation in my throat.

This place is my go to when I’m under the weather. Always over the top friendly and service is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to everyone.  PS- I have a primary with UC Health but choose to come here when I can

With 2 people in waiting pi was surprised how quickly I got in. Everyone was courteous and efficient. I would recommend this facility.

Doctor did not even feel the area of my head I pointed out. She lightly tapped my hair, did not take me seriously whatsoever, and dismissed the issue. Talked to me like I was a child.
