I had a cold for a week that turned into a sinus infection.  I walked in without an appointment, I was seen promptly, the medical professionals I dealt with were kind and very capable, the front desk person was helpful and considerate, and I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time and felt like I was well taken care of with a plan of action ahead. Thank you!

Woke up with a bad cough and sore chest from coughing. I went online and booked an appointment with On Point Urgent Care for an hour later. I was respectfully greeted and was seen within minutes of my arrival. After Covid tests and chest xray I was seen by Laurel. She was thorough with my diagnosis and very knowledgable and pleasant. I would consider this visit a 10. I followed her instructions and feel I'm turning thr corner. If ever I have the need I will go back. Great experience.

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

I got no answers as to what my illness is. I wasn’t heard, documentation different from what I told them.

I wish I remembered her name, but the new nurse practitioner provided the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had. She sat down and went over all the printed information I was to take home.

First time using you, I have bad insurance and had to drive 45 minutes but I was able to at 7am schedule an in person appointment for 9am. Made it very easy and put my mind at ease to be able to get various tests and medication. Very friendly primary docs

They did the applicable tests for Covid and strep and really were attentive. Dr Shell took time to listen.

I went in to the office to get a simple IV which I have done many times. This was due to my rare disease called Achalasia which doesn’t allow me to swallow and food or liquids. We waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes just for the nurse to not be able to find my vein. After 30 mins of searching without confidence they continued to stick me and cause me to bleed and have a lot of pain. I left without the IV treatment or advice from the providers. Overall traumatic experience for someone who already is malnourished and dehydrated.

Had to go to two different locations.  Some what frustrating. All employees were fine.  Thank You
