Scheduled online - easy  Checkin was a wee bit inconvenient- been there multiple times and insurance information did not show up  Care staff was nice and efficient- took precautionary steps to rule out flu, COVID, strep.   In and out with a script for sinus infection within 45 minutes

I had a great experience with the staff, check-in and care. I had fallen into a creek because my pooch was overly excited about getting into the water and I had the loop of the leash around my hand. I braced with my right hand and did something to my wrist. 3 x-rays were taken and I have a fracture. I was given a cast  and sleeve and medication instructions. I was very impressed by everyone at this clinic.

My legs and feet started swelling for a few weeks maybe a month. I just didn’t feel good. I made the appointment knowing I don’t have insurance. Dr. Cynthia came in and wasn’t very friendly at first. After hearing my story she was very friendly and helpful. The lady who checked me in was very nice and so was the lady who took my vitals.

We reserved our appointment time before heading to the clinic, and it was completely empty when we arrived, but we still sat for 25 minutes in the lobby and 30 more minutes in the room before seeing the doctor. The staff was friendly and they addressed our medical issue, but we did not receive any explanation of why our visit took so long.
