The staff is on top of their game. They were extremely kind and responsive. This is a great place to visit when on vacation and need medical attention. My virtual appointment had a couple of technical glitches, but the provider was on it.

The staff was very helpful and communicative. Although their system for the virtual video visit had a couple of technical difficulties, they still reached out to me via phone after sitting in the virtual waiting room for about 25 minutes. The gentleman who called me was very nice and apologized and sent me a new link. Even though I was not connected with the provider until about an hour, after my initial appointment time, they still made sure that I was seen for my virtual appointment. They addressed my needs and we’re very nice.

Dr Baca did a tele health visit with me and was very thorough and helpful. Could not have been better

If you are going to offer telehealth appointments for patients, it needs to be much better organized and actually work.

Everyone I spoke with from the front desk who help me get in virtual line, to the nurse, who triaged me, to the PA, who saw me virtually and sent in my prescriptions, It was a perfect visit. Thank you so much, I expect to be feeling a lot better soon!

I always get great care here for my family and myself. Definitely worth the extra few minutes of driving if you can make it. Wait time was great.
