Went in at 10 and was out by 11, with antibiotics waiting for me at my pharmacy. Check-in went super fast, and the staff was friendly and patient. Very knowledgeable too. Highly recommend!

I waited for quite awhile and yes I picked a time online in advance—and then the doctor saw me for less then five mins and I basically got take Sudafed. I’m a busy executive and don’t have time to feel this awful.

We were able to schedule pretty quickly however I was told I scheduled a telehealth, not in person so I guess that was not very clear. The front desk was not too friendly but she wasn’t not nice either. Just don’t say hi. We were placed in a room right away. Then, we waited about 15 minutes for the NP. Then the nurse did tests right away but we waited 30 minutes for results. I did not feel like the NP listened to my concerns or the reason we came in. Again, not mean, but not welcoming and very short with us. I typically have great experiences here and it’s a quick in and out. This evening took a long time for the time that was spent with us and a bit disappointing in hearing our concerns.
