Amazing place to get physical! Got in and out pretty quick even with a huge line. Very happy

I did not receive a thorough examination even though there was no one else waiting. Was not given anything in writing on medication I should take or dosage. I clearly have an ear infection and was told to take sudafed

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

My 2nd visit almost 1yr to the date, and the service was excellent ..again! Also, I received a follow up call yesterday to see how I was feeling. I really appreciated it, because that hardly ever or never happens.

Today I suffered my very first panic attack while driving and I thought I was having a heart attack. I chose OnPoint because it was closest to me. The receptionist was really nice and guided me in finishing up the paperwork while in the state I was in. Even though my symptoms were false and mimicking a much serious issue, she took them seriously and took me to the back in order to be evaluated sooner. The nurse and the provider were incredibly kind throughout this process and were good at helping me overcome my state of panic. I was very embarrassed that I needed to get medical attention for what ended up being a panic attack, but they were very attentive to me throughout this process, really hearing what I had to say, offered no judgement, and were genuinely sympathetic. After my symptoms subsided, the provider came in to talk to me and explained what panic attacks are and their physical manifestations. He took the time to answer all of my, and my guests, questions and overall made me feel very valid for seeking treatment. I am very happy with the care I received from all the staff who helped me today :) I experienced something very scary that I didn't understand and the staff went above and beyond for me, even after my treatment (which I'm so thankful for!) Thank you to everyone at OnPoint!!

The medical provider I met with was kind and serious about making me feel better. Highly recommend.

I was not impressed with the office staff or the checkin process. Sometimes there is no substitute for good old fashioned pen and paper. The app did not work well for me at all, I had to start over and over 3 or 4 times. Completely unnecessary. The front desk person was not even a little bit friendly. When you do not feel well, I think a little kindness is important. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were fine. But the experience was already ruined by the time I got there. I won't be back. Lot's of choices here. I will search for someone friendly.
