Scheduling online was easy, but we weren’t taken back for almost an hour after the time I selected. I know it’s not an appointment, but that’s a long time, particularly since the clinic didn’t seem very busy. We were there for a possible concussion, and I was underwhelmed with the PA’s process. She simply asked a few basic questions which I had already found online. When friends have visited other facilities, the provider looked at their eyes, and also performed some basic neurological tests including standing on one foot and touching their nose. I expected a more thorough exam.

Wonderful to be able to book an approximate time. Doctor very good-clear communication and listened well. MA was pleasant but spoke SO fast I had to repeatedly ask him to repeat it. Kind of irritating

Everything went fine and I was well taken care of.

Was having asthma problems and booked an appointment online, Dr. Javier Jaramillo was very helpful and gave me everything I needed and even made sure my breathing was back to normal before sending me out. I've seen many doctors with my asthma problems and they always prescribed the same thing but Dr. Jaramillo prescribed one I hadn't had before and ended up helping a lot better than what I usually get. Would definitely recommend!

Tuesday morning had an infected toe. Son-in-law called for appt. Got in and out. Great staff. Doc gave prescription for amoxicillin & augmention. Have been taking 2x daily Followed up with podiatrist today and will see her again next Friday. Doctor took sample and xrays. Staff very good. Have been at this On Pointe before. Always pleasant. Never bad experience. Thanx!!!

Very efficient and professional process. Dr. Was both knowledgeable and caring.

Came in after a fall on the ice with hip pain. Dr Shell, Lilly ( nurse or MA), and Aubrey ( X-ray tech) were all kind, sympathetic, good at their duties. Referral for an additional CT scan to determine a clear dx ( whether a break in the pelvic bone or not) was appropriate.  God experience and very good staff.

We’ve been especially pleased with the specific location in Lonetree. The staff has been very understanding whenever I bring my mentally ill/disabled daughter in & being able to accommodate her needs to make it a good experience for her & she feeling heard & understood (a rare thing to find in most medical offices these days)
