Trying to get a place in line on line was way too difficult. The fact you have to upload your photo id. Which for some takes way too long. Besides you have to show your ID when you check in.  I find this part very annoying.

Went here for a second opinion after being brushed off by another urgent care center. Both the nurse and the NP were so attentive - really took the time to understand what was going on and look at the painful area. OnPoint was more expensive than the other center but worth it for the quality of service.
