Got right in- very professional and helpful! Went the extra step and referred me to a specialist.

Generally attention span of the patient will be very less, such case waiting and follow up calls are very difficult to take care by the patient. Too many/much formalities on the app is very difficult to follow by the patient. Tried to take 3pm appointment on App, before confirming it scheduled lapsed and made an appointment 3:30 and still 4:50pm in the parking lot for giving a Covid test. Better reduce the formalities by taking information while scheduling appointment. Finally I am our 5:10pm

Staff and care were outstanding Had some challenges regarding actual appointment. Originally supposed to be in person and then told it would be virtual but then virtual didn't work. In the end the visit was beneficial and staff was very supportive.

Got there at 3:15 thinking I had made an appt apparently it was only a reservation, told me it would be 1 1/2 hours before I could see anyone. Went home and waited for the call. I was set a link to do a video appt waited 30 minutes until someone called and took all my info. Then they said I’d be getting another link for a video call with the doctor. About 15 minutes later I get a call saying come into the office! Finally 2 hours later spoke with a nurse practitioner. Most frustrating and unorganized place I have ever been to! Probably will never go back and certainly won’t be referring any to this place!

The doctor was informational and seemed to care. The process of editing to be seen online was frustrating

Other than the almost 3 hour wait, the staff was awesome.

I drove for 40 minutes to get to the location, and then they decided to have my visit be a video call. To be clear, I didn’t mind video calling, but it would have been nice to know that driving was unnecessary prior to my appointment. The receptionist even told me to wait in the parking lot. Also, I suffer from chronic sinus infections and typically develop an infection a few days after getting a cold because I have a severely deviated septum and swollen turbinates. I am getting septoplasty to fix these issues in 5 days, so I am very familiar with what it feels like to have a sinus infection. I feel as though the doctor mansplained to me what a sinus infection is and didn’t take my concerns seriously. He prescribed prednisone instead of antibiotics. I won’t be surprised at all if the condition worsens in the next few days because I’ve had this exact same situation happen before. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind, but my visit with the doctor was disappointing and condescending.

I did have to wait 35min to be seen after checking in, but the staff was really great. Explaining everything clearly and we’re very kind.

Had a great experience with the Tele-visit with Dr. Zappolo and then a follow up stop-in strep test! They were friendly and very responsive to my needs!
