Fast, friendly, welcoming

We desperately needed to get Covid19 testing done on several family members as soon as practically possible. Another clinic that we had used a few days earlier, had closed down their testing activities due to staffing shortages. We found OptiMed thru the Solv website and we were able to schedule 2 tests the following morning. We also like the fact that OptiMed's testing site was conducting drive thru testing which minimizes exposure risks to patients as well as staff. The site was well marked and signage directions were easy to follow. Once we got into the waiting line of cars the whole process took about 15 minutes. The staff was super helpful and professional. A great experience overall from our perspective.

Went for a drive thru Covid test. Had an appointment, was the end of the day, so there was a line, probably 10 cars. We were taken care of before we reached the head of the line and were out of there 15 minutes after our appointment time, which I thought was great considering the length of the line. Staff was extremely friendly, even considering it was after quitting time.

They were very nice and the line moved quickly, but the staff couldn't find my appointment so I had to fill out a paper form. There was also no indication while booking that insurance was accepted for PCR tests but not rapid, so I got trapped into paying $49 on the spot because I couldn't wait for another appointment elsewhere. The person who swabbed me also barely put the swab in my nose, so I'm not that confident in my results.

Supposed to be free, then harassed for insurance. Wrote SSN down on the paper with my ID copy on it and super professionally had me write down my social security number on his hand drawn line. I feel like it was disorganized and it feels like a scam to steal my identity. So unorganized as a whole.

It was my first time going through a drive thru covid testing facility and I have to say 10/10 recommend this place. The staff were very attentive and made sure everyone in the line was helped before moving onto the next one. They were super gentle and kind.
