The entire facility was empty and it still took almost an hour to see the nurse practitioner. He was helpful and knew I was on a timeline for the pharmacy which I did appreciate.  The overall cleanliness of the location can use work. Floors very dirty. The entire staff was sick coughing constantly with all patient room doors open. I chose location because it was close to a sports lesson for my daughter and I won’t be returning.

I come here whenever I cannot see my doctor same day for something or they don’t have something.  This time I had strep and the urgent care was so quick, professional, and helpful.  They also send my prescription right away.  I’m extremely sad this location is closing as I’ve used it on multiple occasions.

Was very well and they’re fast they’re nice and friendly. I recommend it again for other people.

Was a walk in with a bruise shin, easy schedule and was greeted politely and promptly. Pleasant staff and met my needs!!

Staff was friendly. Waiting area and medical rooms could use a good deep cleaning. Dr. Varughese listened to me and understood my symptoms. He took into account my allergies to certain medications and diagnosed me appropriately. Great experience.

I was able to get a walk in appointment. Girl checking me in was courteous and welcoming. The triage nurse was quick in getting me ready for the doctor. I waited a little longer for the doctor despite a quiet morning in their waiting room but she was very thorough and spent enough time with me concerning my issue that day. Overall, I am satisfied with the care I received.

The office staff was so friendly to my 4 year old especially a nice lady who checked him in. The doctor was awesome and we will definitely return.

This was my first time here; super convenient since I live right around the corner. I was incredibly sad to hear that this location is being shut down in December. Everyone here was absolutely AMAZING the minute I walked in the door. Wait time was minimal on all counts, bedside manner was superb, from statt to finish everything was awesome. I honestly think it's a dang shame they're closing down an asset to the community. Thank you to everyone who helped me yesterday! I truly appreciate you!

Doctor was right, I was wrong. Good job Doctor. I've never been disappointed with my treatment at this facility.
