I never made the appointment.  It was too far.  I went to an urgent medical care in Mount Holly instead.  Still waiting to schedule an appointment with an Allergy Specialist.

I came in for a knee injury that I had prior to work, and while I was at work, the injury had gotten worse, and so I use my own personal insurance because it was prior to a work issue,  told at the very end of my appointment because my injury happened at work ( which it did not ) , I was gonna have a billing issue because I needed workers comp. Which makes zero sense because this injury did not happen at work. You would think to tell that to someone before continuing the appointment so now I'm having to fight with my job in order to get workers comp for something that did not happen at work because it was a prior condition. So maybe before you take clients maybe ask if they have workers comp or if this was a prior existing condition because now I'm gonna have to fight with two insurance companies.

Everyone was great but I had a little concern about the medical assistant cause it looked like she had the pink. She was still able to work that was very unprofessional on her and the doctor she was working with fault. For not sending her home; or could have been she wore those caterpillars eyes and it made her eye look like it was infected. So the whole time I was avoiding looking up at her I’m coming her for one and may get pinkeye but glad it wasn’t so it was the lashes in future. I think staff should ease patients mind by letting them know that they not sick or have any infections that can possibly harm them. Otherwise everything one was professional even the MA

Staff was friendly and very helpful and most of handle me with ease. I had an allergic reaction most likely to poison ivy. They nurse took my vitals and next thing I knew the Doctor came in. He was very friendly and professional and knew right away what was wrong. Gave me my scripts and off I went. Will definitely be back if and when needed.

The doctor who completed my care was very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. The nurse who completed my vitals however was not familiar with simple medical terms and advised against collecting a urine sample when that was the only way to diagnose my problem. I provided my symptoms and she was unaware of the diagnosis I was trying to eliminate as a possibility. I was thankful for the doctor and luckily my case was not an emergency but I would hope for more knowledgeable triage staff to save time, which is very important in serious cases.
