After being aggravated that my primary care doctor wouldn’t take me, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice every single person was. They immediately made me feel better! Thank you!

Originally I felt my visit was handled very well. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and I felt listened to and cared for. The doctor stated she would prescribe me a medication and send it over to my pharmacy. When I went to get the medication 2 days later they never received my prescription. I called ProHealth and asked if they could confirm if it was sent. The girl I spoke to said she sees no record I was prescribed anything. I explain what the doctor said to me and asked if she might be in to double check with. The girl on the phone was very dismissive and said “no this is an urgent care”. Confused I asked if she knew when the doctor might be in again so I can call back, again she said “no this is an urgent care”. So I wasted my time and money and never received a prescription.

The idiot at the front desk has no protocol regarding intake of patients. If you’re going to hire shit you’ll get shit work ethic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, definitely not to first responders, go somewhere else.

Last night, pretty good, besides the front desk female attendee seemingly doing all she could to turn us away although the clinic was empty and it was apex 7pm. PA excellent. RN excellent. But this morning when I called in to take my son back for an X-ray, tech had called out last night, calling from 7:20am - 9am I was still getting the recording the clinic was closed and to call back during regular business hours, which to my understanding had passed and was maybe an hour into it. I’ll keep trying but it’s extremely frustrating, don’t want to take the trip only to find out the tech didn’t come in again and I must have the X-ray done. The change that I’ve seen since last February, in staff, hasn’t been the best so far……..hopefully I just caught them on a bad night

Staff is professional, caring, patient in answering questions & I would recommend this office to everyone.

My experience was okay. I had to wait for over 1 hour and the receptionist took so long. My mom was burning in high fever and the receptionist did not even let us register in ahead of him. The space is so small and lack fo staff makes it harder for doctors to treat.

Although I did not have an appointment the ataff fit me right in and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving at the facility. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
