This place is horrible. The first time I went there for a blood test they sent in an untrained intern who stuck me twice in each arm trying to draw blood and then apologized and had to get a nurse who drew it easily as I have never had a problem ever with anyone else finding a vein in 65 years. Today I went in for a rapid covid test and was told it would be an hour. There was some woman in the waiting room hacking up a lung and no one asked her to wait in the car. The guy taking my info had his mask below his nose and after waiting two hours in my car past the hour they said it would take, they asked me to wait another 20 minutes because they lost my appointment. I told them to cancel the appointment and please delete any info on me as I will never go near that place again.

Front Desk needs to be a lot more compassionate to customers, also I have never been charged before and was charge, she mentioned a specialist fee which I declined and offered my copay of 40.00 for a doctor visit. She seemed like she was not interested in her job and told me I needed to stand in front of a table..just horrible...I have been there before and have had someone with such an uncaring cunning attitude towards a client that was not feeling well. As soon as I got to the back the assistant was the sweetest caring professional and you have a wonderful Nurse Practitioner, she was extremely knowledgeable, caring kind and Professional. I commend your staff behind the door. As for front desk...I did not have a great experience at all (sorry)
