I felt as though the Dr didn’t listen to me. I left feeling like what I explained wasn’t worth his time

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

Went in to get blood work done, but I came out with bruises and no test results after two weeks. Nurse failed to correctly drawn blood from my arm, which caused excessive bruising for 1.5 weeks. Still haven’t received my test results and had to virtually meet with another PDNY doctor to be told that the blood was never sent to the lab in the first place.

Don’t go here for Covid testing! The front desk is inefficient and uncaring and nasty. Many in line with me outside in the heat and humidity waiting to be let inside to register one at a time with three people sitting behind the desk, laughing, talking, looking at their phones, and ordering food, left to go to another urgent care (not pro health!). After finally registering you are sent back out to wait again until a practitioner is ready to see you. You can wait in your car but the parking lot was full and I had to park far away. The entire process took me over two and a half hours! A nightmare for a ‘rapid test’! There was nowhere to sit and a man with a broken leg was trying desperately to stand! At the very least socially distanced chairs should have been put outside but that was beneath the three beauties at the desk! Finally someone (not an employee) brought the man a wheelchair and bottles of cold water for many of us. The providers are aware of the situation and are very good once you finally get in to see one! An NP said ‘perhaps they are suffering burnout’. If true they should stay home and take care of their mental health issues! I am a healthcare professional and am appalled that this is allowed to continue! I have reported this abuse to prohealth corporate who ‘promise’ to look into it. DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING!! There is no appointment option and no one answers the phone. It is WALK IN (then walk out) and wait two hour plus!

Went for antibody testing, never got my results. Every time I call (917#) there’s an automated recording and I can never speak to a live person to get assistance. Poor business practice.

I waited forever both to be let in and to be seen. I make an appointment for 8 and had to ask two nurses who were on their computers if one could please assist me at 8:50. Then I had to call to ask for my results 3 days later because I never received them m.

The wait was impossibly long. 1.5 hours to get registered and 1 hour for. Covid test. There was no one else present. They would not tell me how long the wait. The told me to go wait in the car til they called me. I was very dissatisfied with the service.

I made an appointment for a covid test at 11:45am and was not seen until about 12:30pm. I was not out of the clinic until 12:48, one hour after my appt was supposed to begin. All this for a 12- minute covid test, which was administered by someone with the really lacking bedside manner- this was the most painful, uncomfortable covid test I had ever had, and after a year and a half, I have had plenty of tests. The receptionists were also extremely unhelpful.

Nothing rude, but still not a welcoming feeling when first approaching the check in desk. Used to be much friendlier. When inside being treated, wonderful as always. Great place to go for health issues still.
