After going to urgent care and being prescribed a cream for my eye it has now been inflamed and they told me I should go to the ER :) thanks for almost making me loose my vision.

The women upfront were swearing when I brought my child in to get check out, they were complaining about how much they hate their jobs and they were blasting rap music. When I opened the exam room do to ask if I could go to the restroom the woman cut me Off and said your tests Are almost ready you can go back in your room. I was like ok but I wanted to ask about a bathroom….which weirdly enough didn’t have a sink in it to wash your hands. And to top it off, they told me my daughter was Covid positive ( which we were not even in there for) then I came home and tested her several times and she is negative

Very clean, professional. A bit of a long wait. Medics very courteous and listened to problems. A good experience!

Even though he was so busy, with atleast 7 people in the waiting room, the doctor was friendly & attentive . The nurses were super sweet. There were people being rude to the receptionists & they were so polite to the impatient people . This was my second time here & I’ll come back .

While initially I was hesitant to return here after a prior negative visit, but my last visit went much smoother. There was a very short wait and the nurse & doctor were very friendly and understanding. I would just like to see them put a little more thought into privacy. So that when people come in and share their illness at check in the entire waiting room doesn't over hear.

Doors were locked (2 hours after they had opened) even though business hours were on display and staff was there. I did not see anyone wash their hands or use sanitizer. The soap dispenser was empty. The floors, walls, doors in the exam rooms were dirty. They could use a professional cleaning. When I left there was a paper on the door that said they were closing early. Overall Gross. Next time I will try another urgent care.

Was a Quick visit, which is always gr8. Staff & Doc we're gr8 too. Didn't feel rushed and answered all my questions. Second time visiting this facility and would definitely recommend to others.

Top notch! Very welcoming feeling from beginning to end. Care and advice given throughout the visit was excellent. Would recommend highly over other places I’ve used.
