There was basically no wait time but the PA that saw me was HORRIBLE. Also the nursr seemed so clueless. Did not know how to do a throat swab. Then the PA came in and started fumbling around to find things. Checked my throat and ears WITHOUT GLOVES. This is so basic. I am feeling very nauseous and asked for zofran which the PA promplty denied as yjar was a pcp issue but it was not as I am currently nauseous because of the throat. Then he said he did not feel comfortable prescribing. He then left to get the result for the strep throat which came back negative and then gave me z pack after asking 300 times if I was allergic to penicillin. I am a health care provider and this is going to be reported.

I had to wait almost 40min even if Inhad an appointment (and I had also came in 29min earlier), for a covid-19 PCR test. Also, the staff wasn’t clear at all regarding the timing for the test results. I got different information at the from desk and from the person who performed the test.

I had to wait with two small kids for the results of our rapid test. Every other place I’ve gone to just emailed them. This was rough.
