They took forever to see me. I think they forgot about me and I had to walk up a couple of times for them to see me.

I brought my 8 year old daughter and the nurse or tech who did covid test and strep test was extremely unprofessional and untrained. She never introduced her self or even explained to me or my daughter what or how she will be doing the test. My daughter struggled with the strep test as it goes in back of your throat. All she did was wave the stick infront of my crying daughters face. My daughter felt really ill and never once did the nurse speak a word. My child isnt babyish either. She is a tough girl. If she had a nurse with proper training and bed side manner she would have been more comfortable. This place shouldnt say pediatric as well if the staff isnt trained to deal with pediatric. On the positive note, the Doctor was very nice and help with great bed side manner. He was very thorough with his exam.

I had to come back a 2nd time after I got worse to get the medication I requested on the initial visit. The provider just didn't care about what I had to say. I understand he is the Dr, but I know my body and being sick is not something I am unfamiliar with. If had actually taken some time to examine me properly instead of just spending 2 to3 minutes with me, he would be able to diagnose me properly. I don't want to see him again.

The front desk staff was not friendly. The check in process was slow. The wait time was absurd. I waited an hour and a half with only 2 patients ahead of me. The triage nurse was unfriendly. The ceiling tile in my room was broken. The room had splatter stains on the chairs and exam table. The doctor was fine. It was a routine case of strep. He took time to answer all of my questions.

Easy to book, organized, and fast. But I am still coughing.

I went in for a nose X-ray which took about 30 to check in, review my health history, and see a doctor. I waited another 15 for the X-ray tech to come get me and the process took about 5 minutes. She then told me to wait in the examination room for the doctor to read my results. I sat in the room for 25 minutes and when no one came I went out to see what was going on. The doctor was sitting behind the desk making small talk with the rest of the staff. They forgot about me in the room. When the doctor opened the file the results showed they had been read 20 minutes prior and I was just sitting in a room waiting for no reason. My time is precious and would not return to a facility that does not respect the time of their patients.

Went in congested and a sore throat and cough. I had to ask doctor to look at my throat on his way out the door. No antibiotics given just cough medicine and did not tell me a diagnosis

Overall great experience. From the reception staff to my nurse Melanie and the provider, Dr Clemente, everyone was great. Very courteous, professional, and warm.
