Had an annoying cough that wouldn’t go away- made an appointment- was seen at the scheduled time and was pleased with the treatment I received  Definitely would recommend Optum

I went to the WALK-IN to get attention for an infected cat bite. Th entire staff was wonderful in seeing that I received the best care. I recommend them highly.

I had the absolute best service experience I’ve ever had at any medical center. I was warmly greeted by the front desk attendant, and the medical staff were incredibly kind and caring. I had to get six stitches for a puncture wound . Their genuine compassion truly shone through—I could feel their hearts in everything they did.  And the total time I spent there was only one hour! I very highly recommend !

Automated system failed to book appointment. Arrived and was told I’d have to wait 4 hours to be seen. Would not recommend

My wellness check up was not in the schedule. I wasted my time going there

From arrival to departure the visit was around 2 hours.  It was a busy day which I understand, but the nurse had told me I could go home and wait for my Covid results and that the PA would be in shortly.  Turns out 45 minutes later she walked in and didn’t do a lung check or anything.  I was in for a cold and normal protocol would suggest using a stethoscope to check your lungs, check your ears and your mouth for your tonsils or gland inflammation.   Nothing.   I’ve never had an issue with the doctors at this practice.  This visit however was subpar.

Entire staff were fantastic. Kind, caring, friendly and professional. Walk out totally satisfied. Thank you all

Had several days of severly clogged ears following air travel whixh was worsening. Made appt on-line. Confirmed. Received text reminding me of appt while driving there. Upon arrival was told I HAD NO APPT !  Receptionist said they have been having similar problems with their system recently.  They would not be able to squeeze me in for a few hours. I left, drove about 10 miles to another Urgent Care where I walked in with no appt and was seen quickly.  TERRIBLE job by your company.

Dr patty was great she listened and helped I’m feeling better ty so much.  Being able to make the appointment and be seen on time was great. In and out got my meds n back to bed.

Everything was perfect. Scheduling was easy and I did online the morning of.The secretarial staff was pleasant and professional. I was having problems with swelling of an eye, and they sent me  to optometry to double check on issues. I appreciate the thoroughness of it.
