I didn't like the doctor he was very rude I won't go to that urgent care anymore.

I did not schedule ahead and just went to a location that happened to have many patients come in at once; the receptionist was very helpful in letting me know this and offered a faster appointment at a location very close by. I really appreciated this and was able to be seen almost immediately at the 2nd location. The staff there was professional and very helpful. Easy checkin. The doctor was very nice, knowledgeable and clear on instruction. Definitely would recommend Optum!

I am very satisfied with the treatment everyone gave me. I gave it 4 stars only because of the waiting which i under a lot of people are sick but overall this office treated me better than Elmer Hospital.

Everyone was very nice and explained to me well they will exhaust all options possible to rule out a major concussion with the tools available to them. Which is not the same level and an ER. The office however, was very beaten up with loads of dirt on the floor and extensive marks on the wall from carelessly dragging around medical carts and machines.

Staff members are not friendly and the officers was not too clean,  dirty mask and tissue laying around on table and chairs

Front desk staff were nice and informative. Wait time wasn’t very long on this day which was great considering the visit was for an antsy 5 year old with a barking cough. Doctor was great, answered my questions with the right amount of detail for complete understanding. Also great with my daughter who was not happy about the medicine she had to take in office.

I didn’t have an appt. Just woke up feeling terrible. Walked in and was seen in 15 minutes. Dr was super friendly gave advice along with diagnosis. I would certainly recommend them in an immediate need.

I went in because I was getting shivering mostly at night, and I didn’t feel good, pretty tired  The doctor was very good and even though I didn’t want to go to the hospital, when he told me that my blood pressure was very low and I needed to go to the hospital, I did so The hospital helped me feel better, I still have some issues but I am thankful to the doctor  Yes I recommend this urgent care
