My daughter had a severe sore throat and the weekend was coming. We were there for only an hour. Everyone was super friendly and compassionate. 100% happy with our visit! Everyone deserves a raise. Well done!

I was not explained the precidure for a drug test. They marked a lone on the cup and asked me to give my urine sample to the line. I made on the bottom of the line, staff stated after that it had to go over the line and they refused my sample. I was told avoit the shy bladder precidure that i must remain in a room for 3 hrs to collect another sample after 3 hrs and i was unable to dedicate the time there i had to leave and unfortunately i was marked as a refusal. If the staff wouldve explained the entire precidure i wouldve opted to take my urine sample another time before I even started the process. This was a voluntary test i could take on whatever day i wanted to and if I was told before hand it had to go over the line i wouldve made it pass the line. But it was right under and they refused it.

Terrible. Walked in with visible redness and swelling to my left leg, ankle, and foot. Was seen by a heavyset Caucasian Dr who immediately said there was nothing he could do. Told me he couldn’t give me anything for the pain or swelling and advised me to go to another doctor. Good for nothing!

Went in for sore throat. 4 hour wait. Left and went back waited slightly less than the 4 hours.  Front office and nurse were great.  Dr was a  little abrupt and never checked her ears. Prescribed medicine without checking if it was compatible with her everyday seizure medicines. Acted surprised when I asked even though it was told to the nurse to does the vitals.  Still do not feel confident that they are ok to take. Both meds were told to make her drowsy. Just feel that this could have been huge if I hadn’t asked

The young "provider" who was working solo without a Co-provider , was excellent and very knowledgeable.  He had a nice demeanor and has a bright future ahead of him!
