Called for a Covid test appointment. Was told none was necessary. I showed up 10-minutes later and was told no Covid tests for adults were being conducted at that time. The young lady I spoke to said she didn't know when they would be conducting tests for adults; maybe in an hour or two, maybe more. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere.

I booked in advance and filled out all my paper work in advance only to sit there waiting to be seen for 40 minutes extremely sick with COVID. The secretary was so so slow. There were only two people in the entire waiting room and yet it took her a half hour to fill out one person's paperwork. It was nuts! I never saw anything like it! The only shining grace was the doctor who saw me. She had the most amazing bedside manner and was so sweet and compassionate. But the secretary at the front desk was a nightmare.

Unfortunately, the wait time was unacceptable. We arrived at opening with only 1 person in front of us and we waited over an hour for our 2 children to receive rapid Covid tests. Altogether, our visit lasted an hour and a half. While the nurse and doctor were very kind and the children liked them, I will discourage people from visiting this location with any urgent matters.

I waited for 2 hours for my daughter’s appointment even though we were only getting a camp-related COVID test. It was a nightmare and ruined our entire day. The medical staff is lovely but they are totally disorganized.

There was only one patient before me but I was asked to wait, even before they took my sons name. We waited 45 minutes before even being registered. The waiting room was empty. I could understand if there were many people but there was just one person before us . My son was a walk-in. I ended up canceling my appointment for my daughter later in the day because of how long it took for my son. My son had already been there before as well. Not sure why the front end process takes so long. It doesn’t seem efficient or practical. I will be going elsewhere for covid testing.

There is no reason someone has to wait 15 minutes for an appointment when they arrive on time and all the paperwork was filled out before hand.
