Everybody was super nice. They got me in super quickly. They listened to my concerns, and diagnoses my illness and explained it too me aswell!!

Woke up feeling bad (sore throat chills body aches runny nose fever spitting up phlegm) went to Ouch checking in and wait time was great. Staff was wonderful. I’m disappointed only because i wanted a rocephin injection and didn’t get one. Sum type of infection has to be present and the cough medicine wasn’t necessary because I’m not coughing.

This is the best friendliest most efficient office I’ve been too. Answered all my questions and really informative. Will definitely be back when I need them. Also scheduling online is fast and easy.

In and out in less than 30 minutes.  No discharge paperwork was given.

I came in kinda late in the evening with chest pain and what I thought was gerd. I was checked in real quick and didn't wait but maybe 5-7 minutes before being called back. The nurse was SOOOOOOOOOO sweet!!! And then about 2 or 3 minutes after the nurse left, that Sweet doctor came in. She asked a few questions and went to see about an EKG. Their machine was still down. So she sent me to the ED for the EKG. Everyone is always SOOOOOOOOOO nice!! The sweetest doctors and nurses I've ever met!! I tell anyone that asks me about a good clinic to go to, to go see the amazing people at the OUCH! CLINIC!!!😀😀 They're the best!!!

I have had a migraine headache for a week.😱😢😞So we came up here and I got right in!!😀😀 Everyone is always SOOOOOOOOOO nice here!!! It's like you go to your best friends' house when you're feeling sick and they help you!!! They gave me a shot and some medicine for my migraine. And were SOOOOOOOOOO great!!!! This is where we ( family and I ) go for everything!!!! The kindness, the care, the staff, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If you want good care and good people to provide that good care, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹!!!! I 1,OOO% RECOMMEND OUCH! TO EVERYONE!!!

I fell and needed to have my wrist xrayed. Very little wait time! Both attendants were kind and wanting to help. Hillary gave me the report and was very thorough!

I was very well taken care of by Hillary Earnest, FNP at the OUCH Clinic. After describing my symptoms and examination she suspected appendicitis and called the ER so they could expect my arrival. I had surgery later that day and now at home recuperating. Also, Ms V at the front desk is very kind and caring.
