Molly the one receptionist is AMAZING & so is holly cooper the doc who is normally at work! .. so what I’m about to say they are both excluded & they are the reason I will still come back to this place. I’m not sure where holly and her staff were on Thursday evening and Friday morning but Thursday when I come in to be seen the receptionist was RUDE AF! From the time I come in she let me know they are busy & basically didn’t want me there, talked to me like I was stupid when I said gosh I always come when yall are super busy, told me my insurance was out of visits and when I called my insurance & they said I wasn’t because it was a new year they tried to tell the receptionist (not Molly) some skinny girl real young with long brown hair on how to fix it SHE in a smart tone said “I don’t do that” well I ended up leaving in hopes holly and her original crew would be back Friday, on Friday the same people were there! The receptionist wasn’t rude this time but the staph lady who took me to my room sure was! She was acting just as pissed because they were busy! I am super sick and this girl tested me for strep, Covid & the flu but as soon as she left with my cultures I knew they would all be negative because the strep Swab didn’t even touch my throat and barely touched my tongue and the Covid test barely went inside of my nose! The doc comes in & let’s me know it’s all negative & even tho I’m running a 104 fever with swollen tonsils and white crap covering my throat she just shrugs and says she dunno,, however she did tell me she seen a “growth on my throat” didn’t tell me where or go into detail on what it could be and I’m no doctor so now I’m in a panic and will have to have a second doctor check me out & see if they see it and explain it to me as a growth could be cancer but the issue is the new doc will have to find it since this doc didn’t even tell me where! She give me NO medicine and called in over the counter cough drops 💀so here I am the next day running a high fever still can’t eat or swallow I’m positive it’s strep but since her nurse was to lazy to check me properly I guess we will never know! I would advise to only visit this place when holly cooper and her staff is working! Molly the regular receptionist is amazing! So kind and sweet & my husband & kids love her! Not a rude witch like whoever that other girl is! As far as appointment scheduling on this app with them it’s great but even with a appointment I waited a hour in the waiting room and once I got called to the back I noticed walk ins actually 6 (this app shows you) who come in after me was called back to the rooms and in and out while I still waited a whole hour and a half to the point when I kindly made sure I wasn’t forgotten the SAME nurse who cultured me got smart with me again when I was nothing but nice & friendly. Never had this type of issue with the other nurses who are normally at this place but this was a young brown headed girl who clearly didn’t wanna be at work! I again had to set the tone and smile and be even sweeter just to make her tone down.. now this other doc was a sweet heart even tho I left this place thinking I have throat cancer and not understanding where or what a growth Means & even tho as sick as I am she give me nothing to help me get well only some cough drops and nausea meds. I also have thrush in my mouth and was given pure lidocaine instead of magic mouth wash so all in all I waisted a whole insurance visit just to have to come back later but you best believe I will make sure HOLLY COOPER MOLLY and the original nurses are at this place before me or my kids ever come back! For my current issues I am waiting until next week to see my primary as I don’t have insurance visits to waist! I never leave ratings but this experience yesterday was insane

My wife has had RSV for a week and it’s been terrible for her. I was sad when I woke up with a sore throat on Thursday. Friday I was feeling tired and my throat was worse so I wanted to be tested for RSV. The staff were great. Secretary gets 10 starts. My only negative is the nose swab. The lady hardly even rubbed the inside of my nose. She just rubbed the rim of my nose about a millimeter in. I had blown my nose and dried it prior, and there wasn’t any mucosa on the swab. I knew it wasn’t enough for a test from my experience using these swabs. I wasn’t surprised at all when she said it came back negative. I went back to work and scheduled an appointment in my hometown for later in the day when I was off work. At this doctor, the nurse did the nose swab the way other nurses have done in the past. She swirled it around my nose, and it was slightly uncomfortable (which I feel it should be if it’s properly done). Sure enough, it came back positive.  I needed this positive test for my work, so I wasted 35 bucks at Ouch because they could not do a nose swab right. I’m not mad and it’s no one’s fault. I’m sure she just doesn't want to hurt anyone. I will definitely go back to Ouch as it’s quick and they are nice people. But they need to be trained on how to do a swab, and not act like I am just making it up, which is how I felt.

Went in and explained symptoms, sinus pressure and congestion.  nurse tested me for flu and Covid. Doctor was very attentive as I explained I could not take any antihistamines because of an on-going problem with dry eyes.  I highly recommend this facility!
