Reception and medical care was quick and high quality. It’s always nice when providers actually listen to patients and can even get them laughing. They worked great with my 2 year old. My only request is that some kind of summary of care is provided after visits to document what took place for the patient.

Staff was very professional and kind, the doctor explained everything to me in great detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

That was my first visit to Ouch and it was a pleasant experience.

Front desk was very friendly, nurse was Ok; she seemed stressed out.

Went in without an appt so had to wait about 45 min But once I was seen it went fast and smoothly

The visit was great, the doctor was good.  But she did not follow up and call me a few hours later as she stated, and she never called in an antibiotic which I desperately needed.  Other than that the visit was good.

I was a walk in patient and they were fast and efficient ! They knew exactly the solution to my problem and I’m forever grateful! I would recommend them to friends and family and rate them a 100/10

Was able to schedule an appointment the same day I needed to see a doctor. Very convenient to choose a time to avoid a long wait. Very friendly reception staff. Check-in by smart phone is quick as long as preliminary paperwork is complete online in advance, which is also easily done. Seen by the doctor within minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Everyone took the time to explain things in a manner that was courteous and understandable. Highly recommend this provider. Two notes: make sure to wear a mask and bring your smart phone with you into the facility as it will be needed.

scheduling and checking in were the easiest and most pleasant parts of my experience. the guy at the front desk was very friendly and i appreciate his kindness. the doctor/nurse (whatever she was) however was terrible. i didn't even get her name. she walked in the room and i greeted her with a "hi! how are you?" and she just said "fine." red flag number one. she then halfheartedly examined me, denied my skepticism of the possibility of me having a sinus infection by saying "you have no symptoms (i have been hacking up phlegm, i've had body soreness, headaches, runny nose and throat issues), and seemed to refuse me any form of respect. she was just bad. do better whoever you were. you know who you are.

Getting in to see my Primary has been tough lately.  Thank goodness for Ouch Clinic. Easy to schedule online, wonderful staff and most importantly immediate help. My whole family uses Ouch Clinic
