My daughter was never able to see a doctor. There were three people scheduled in front of us and we were the first walk in. I waited one hour and 19 minutes then had to leave for a dentist appointment. I was told this was not a bad wait. I have never had a wait that long for 3 people.

Had a really stiff neck and shoulder. Couldn’t turn my head. Made a same day appointment. Very easy online. Wait time even with an appointment was really long but once inside the staff was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Was able to get an injection that relieved my pain very quickly. Rx was called into my pharmacy immediately. Will always choose Ouch for any urgent care needs!

Walked in, checked in and less than 30 minutes I was seen by a lovely PA. Great care and  staff were very friendly. The place was spotless. I would definitely use them again

Been sick, aches and pains, late one night thought needed to be seen in am. Nothing available physician office, went on line, got appointment at Ouch within an hour. They were friendly, attentive and better check than normal visit at doctors. Sent for X-ray, called me with results- ordered medications. Great experience.

I was a walk-in client. I got there at 10:55 and didn’t get out of there until 1 o’clock. The office manager cleaned my ears out but the first time around was not thorough. So I had to wait in the waiting room for at least 30 to 45 more minutes for The doctor to come to take a look. She took a look and as I knew, I needed them cleaned out again. Then I had to wait longer for them to clean it up. I asked the doctor if she could just do it but she wanted the office manager to do it because he is better at it than she is. I don’t necessarily agree with that, but I went with it. There is no reason why I should have waited two hours.

Absolutely fantastic service and care! The doctor and staff are fabulous!!!

I was a walk in with not many people in front of me I waited 2 hours to be seen less than five minutes. I paid out of pocket just to waste so much time never coming back again
