This urgent care is the very best place they're so accommodating for my disability they follow up with phone calls and check on you forwarding information to your physician whatever I've Ever Needed that has taken excellent care of me I will not go anywhere else! Nancy did my CT and it was wonderful and Carmen the nurse is taking care of me several times and is great to!! Friendly quick and thorough

They were unable to find the sewing needle that was in my leg, even after seeing it on an x-ray. They just guessed and cut in the wrong direction. The doctor said that the needle had slipped down into the fat and would just be OK there, but that did not turn out to be true. It’s still just under the skin and will have to be dealt with. When I complained they were very polite at first, but a few days later another very rude doctor called me trying to tell me how they were right, without looking at it or making any professional assessment. it was a waste of time and money and I have a pointless incision on my leg.

What a waste of time. Spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork and another 20 minutes explaining my ailments only for the nurse to tell me in 30 seconds she has no idea what’s wrong and I need to go to the hospital. She just looked at me and expected me to accept that advice and walk out! When I asked if I was going to be charged for this waste of time of a visit, they said “Yes”! Incredible, they didn’t offer any treatment just told me to go to the hospital and collect $$. I’m going back to Total Access Urgent Care — at least they DO SOMETHING! Edit: I went to Total Access Urgent immediately afterwards and all i can say is WOW! The quality of service, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were just incredible! The hooked me up with an IV, gave me some medication that made my stomach feel better, and then did a CT scan to look at my stomach for any problems. They took my urine and blood to do analysis. They gave me medication to make me feel and get better. They told me to call immediately if i start feeling worse. This place actually cares about its patients.

10 min wait. Nice staff. Got prescription I needed for sinus infection.
