Apathetic care, error prone, slow service & ultimately no ability to diagnose the problem I went in for—I was told I would have to see my primary care physician since they did not have imaging equipment available. The patient bathroom soap dispenser was broken, completely unusable and obviously had been so for awhile, because the substitute soap bottle was dirty and almost empty. COVID protocols were poorly observed, and staff simply did not seem to care about protecting the health of other patients—for example, I had to request biohazard disposal of COVID vomit bags after being told to deposit in the waste can by the front door. I asked several times about the bathroom being cleaned after using it, to protect other patients sharing the same bathroom; and when bringing this up to the doctor (again) as I left, he simply had no reply… silence. Also, they say that you can wait in your car but my advice is don’t do so… my call history clearly indicates no cal even though I verified the phone number with reception at check in. They simply skipped me and went on to the next patients in the lobby—in spite of the fact that we were parked within clear visibility of the receptionist at the front door.

This is the worst place. Over priced and poor service. I took my daughter here recently and they sent us to ER without even checking properly. The so called Doctor is worse than a nurse, doesn't know the difference between abdominal pain and appendicitis. Never going to visit this place ever again.

This location has the laziest nurses that take FOREVER. they do not understand sense of urgency at all.

Didn’t listen to my needs. Two days later I ended up in an emergency room. Over priced in comparison to other clinics.

I brought my Mom in at 6 PM on a Sunday as she had a cold and had experienced total hearing loss in her right ear and was supposed to fly home the next day. Dr. Crawford diagnosed her w a collapsed eustachian tube and prescribed steroids. She advised her not to fly home until it felt better and hearing returned. Upon arriving back in MI, my Mom visited her ENT and he praised the urgent care doc for correctly diagnosing and properly prescribing meds. He said most docs misdiagnose or get amounts of steroids incorrect. So, not only was Dr. Crawford knowledgeable, she was very nice and answered all of our questions.
