Had to be seen behind the building to be tested for COVID Nurse ignored symptoms She never introduced herself Was vague about what to do Performed exam outside. Made me get out of car asking questions and examation next to a parked car with people in the car. No privacy Never changed gloves when she came out of building, just squirted some sanitizer on the gloves. Everyone else removed the gloves, and put on new ones. Training for HIPPA needs reviewed, and everything isn't COVID. No instructions given . explanation and exam was worthless. I think I would have received better care from a veterinary clinic. Will tell others to seek treatment elsewhere.
