Walked in for a COVID test. They said it would be approximately 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, they called me up to tell me it would cost $75 for the COVID test due to my insurance company. I refused to pay this ridiculous amount and walked out. When I got home I called my insurance company. They stated COVID tests are 100% covered by insurance. I don't know if this is a scam they are pulling, but please be aware.

Dr abdel-fattah is the best ,just seen him tonight i drive all the way from flatrock to see him ,he always takes care of me .ask for him he will take care of you .

I went on a Saturday, payed full amount because the couldnt get a hold of my insurance company. I was told I would be refunded the difference payed by my insurance. My insurance payed them. I called after 2 months inquiring about my refund lady in billing claimed they did not owe me anything. I will not be returning to Allen Park Urgent care. I would highly recommend you use Acadia urgent care in Allen Park, much more professional and accommodating. Tom McGraw.

This place exceeded my expectations! Having been referred by a stranger I didn’t know what to expect. I approached the counter and was greeted by the friendliest ladies that swiftly managed my paperwork. I sat for less than 10 minutes when I was called back by a friendly nurse again she swiftly took my weight and blood pressure and said the doc would be with me shortly. He promptly came in diagnosed me and had me sit in the lobby where they have a pharmacy on site. I had my medicine within minutes and was on my way! I am blown away at what an asset this Urgeng Care is to this community! Everyone was equally friendly and seemed to truly enjoy their job.
