Very Rude gateful office, They obviously do Not want you there. Zero stars for staff friendliness.

Had a appt a week ago, they took blood, Dr called me the next day with results and said there was another test he wanted to do. He asked if would just stop by and give blood for the other tests. I asked if I needed appt, Dr said no, just stop by, it will only take 5 min. Alright, so I did at 244pm I arrived, check in. At 4.22pm still been called in. Finally 4.47pm, I go in and give blood. 2hrs took to give a couple of vials of blood. I would have been happier to make appt then wait two hrs. Dr told me five min. Or told it was going to be awhile when I was at front desk. NOTHING,I was told to sit in car til they call. So after a hour, I said we'll maybe they are busy( it sure didn't look like it ) After hour and 38 min I went in and kinda lost my cool,( sorry)So at just about 2hrs I was called in.2HOURS, ARE F--- KING KIDDING, I WASNT EVEN SEEING THE DR . Embarrassing, not acceptable. If you are that busy, then tell me. You call that good customer service. Unbelievable. 2HOURS in the hot sun ( drive a jeep) and I wasnt the only one out there for that long. Nothing you can say that would make it acceptable. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SRVICE.

I was actually touched by the doctor to find out what was up with my ankle and shoulder. Very professional and a professional and caring bedside manner. He also knew Dr. Willingham, my pediatrician. I'm positive I'm going to start going there for my primary care needs in the future. Spoke to a sweet lady who answered my questions very nicely!! Thanks, Maryville ParkMed!! You're #1.

Fast and to the point

Went today and left disgusted with them. Filed out paperwork and turned in. Sat there over 30 minutes while everyone , including people filing out paperwork way after me were called back. Place now empty, girl at counter eating. Asked why I hadn't been called back. She said she was waiting on me to fill out forms which were done laying beside her on her desk. . She acted like no big deal. Will call you when room is available. Been going there for years. Don't know if I'll ever go back. I walked out.
