I started seeing a doctor here for a few months and I thought we were connecting and about to make progress, then I went to refill my prescriptions and got a message days later saying my doctor moved to a different facility days earlier. I re checked the app they give you, and there is absolutely nothing that says she was leaving. It's called patient abandonment and I'm pretty sure it's not legal.

They canceled my appointment without notifying me when my provider retired. Wouldn’t refill my run of the mill blood pressure meds. When I finally got a hold of them 2 weeks later, I had to make an appt with a new provider to get my meds. After making an appt they told me they couldn’t refill my medication I have been taking for 10 years prior from other drs at the same office (both retired). Staff was rude, snarky, disrespectful, undignified, unprofessional during phone correspondence while I tried to rectify the problems. Also, their app is horrible, their response time is horrendous, the answering service is excruciatingly painful to use/deal with. On my finally conversation still trying to get help (care), they informed me that the whole staff in the office decided to drop me on the spot. They wouldn’t know healthCARE if it bit them in the derrière. Stay far away from this dumpster fire, train wreck of a drs office. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Considering litagation for discrimination and other failures & hazards from this office

I came in the clinic today with a burning cough and really bad cold symptoms. I've never had one this bad and not gotten any medicine. Dr. Ruales walks in the room acting like I didn't know what I was talking about. She told me she would give me a cough suppressant but I didn't have a bad cough I said I needed something to help with my runny nose, stuffy nose, and burning cough.then she said she would give me a chest xray to see if I have pneumonia. I told her I can breathe fine multiple times. She even said my lungs sounded good. I said I need an antibiotic, if she would just go ahead and give me one. She said you know what I'm done and walked out the room. She is the most disrespectful demeaning doctor I've ever met. I hope she finds a new profession...

I've had good and bad experiences here. It's rare to see doctor, but the one doc I've seen is redeeming and the sole reason I come back. I've had a couple prescribing nurses that I would describe as ranging from "average" to "no thanks I will see the doctor".
