All Covid TEST should be free! They charge the insurance and be done with it. But this place they have fee of $125, and its our responsibility to fight with the insurance. Def not worth it when you can go to walgreens or CVS for free. Waste of time for not disclosing the information.

Scheduled an appointment in a site which had been closed and confirmation was still sent 5 min earlier . Do not waste your time with this company !!!

SCAM! DO NOT USE!!! Setup and confirmed appointment and I show up at the site... completely vacant. The phone number sends you to an answering service that is no help. This website may have 5 stars, but search google snd find 2 starts with people claiming false negatives and cash payments required as they as also bill your insurance! SCAMMERS!

Excellent service

They have closed down the Hawthorne location and are continuing to book appointments there. Not sure why. I also didn't understand why the $125 processing fee when they are receiving insurance benefits as well. Seems like a bit of a scam.

I got a text at 9:10 advising me the location had changed. Had to hurry up to testing site so my appt was delayed. Should of received it earlier

Apparently the Hawthorne location closed. I was sent to another location 15 minutes away... which was in the parking lot of a gas station. Seemed very sketchy to me. At no point when I registered did it say there would be a few. However, once I arrived at the other location they told me it would be $120. I left because I felt like this was a some kind of scam and I was very suspect of the issues that I encountered.
