Mislead about insurance coverage. Told me it’s covered and now I have to pay 800.00 for the covid test. I gave a coupon also and they made me pay it back

Watch out - I went for a COVID test to find out that the charge a fee, a big fee. I had no choice as I needed results fast. They also don't tell you that if you request a PCR test you will be receiving another bill from the lab that, even after insurance pays, is still expensive. The test that I expected to be free as all the commercials tell you ended up costing me $225! Stay away unless you have no choice.

The facility was NOT located at the address SOLV provided. It did not respond to calls or texts for a new address.

Person administering the test was very nice

I went to the site in Wayne NJ and it was an Exxon gas station. Somebody dropped the ball.
