It was very unclear what I should do when I got there. I almost missed a sign telling me to wait in car. Then I could not figure out how to tell them I arrived, even after double checking the text, email, and website. I found a number which turned out to be some solv number, and they put me on hold a long time while they looked up the number for my location. Then it seemed like a particularly long wait time for anyone to come to me, then for her to run my insurance and return to do the test. Also, it was not clear ahead of time that they charged $125. I probably would have still come, but I think these are easily fixed issues with some better communication to the customer.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was caring and took excellent care of us! We only waited a a few minutes and got our results right away! I would definitely recommend!!!

Waited over 40 minutes for someone to show up when my appointment was at 9am - then was not given notice that it would be $125 for the test - a heads up would have been nice

I booked appointment for Sunday and when I arrived I found out that there is not a single person working and when you call its an answering service

Incredibly easy and comfortable. The friendly staff is very important when coming in for the first time.

It was a great process. I know it is a private practice which is why there was an additional charge, however I think it was a little overpriced. It was fast, convenient, and everyone was extremely friendly.

Overall solid. Staff member kept touching my phone screen when telling me to fill out paperwork. Only complaint

Test was inaccurate, went directly to another site and tested positive for Covid. Also had to pay $125 for inaccurate test.
